Just like Ben Wyatt in the TV show, Parks and Rec, robo Ben is a calm hammo but loves to be around things and people he loves.

Ben was in the same cage as 5 of his brothers but got bullied by one of them. This does not deter him from being the loveable hammo that he is.

Ben likes to run on wheels and can do that the entire night. When he senses his fosterer near his cage, he will run to the entrance of the cage, anticipating some food.

He loves to burrow deep into his bedding. He likes dark and enclosed areas but he also absolutely will come out of his comfort zone and play with you!

Unlike his brothers, he is okay with being carried and held. That makes him the most cuddly robo you have ever seen!

Likes : treats - cookies/veggies/fruit/porridge/mash, burrowing and aircon

Dislikes : Other hamsters and insect based foods



Please note : Although Squidward is a calm and good boi, he has a 100% guaranteed attack rate if your hands smell like other hamsters. Please consider this if you have other hamsters or kids in the house, as forgetting to wash hands between handling will end up in pain

But really, he is the calmest and goodest boy. He loves biscotti treats and is currently employed at Fatpouches as the chief food taster and food waste disposal manager. If you like AS(HAM)R then this boy is perfect for you, watching him eat different kinds of food.

He loves burrowing, but mostly stays in one spot to sleep. He was given bedding of 20cm height previously, but we have decided to reduce it to 10cm as he never leaves his burrows - making it very hard to check on him! He does prefer more, but this will be up to the discretion of the adopter. If you are ok with a hamster who prefers sleeping undisturbed in burrows, then please give him all the bedding he desires. Extremely active when out of the tank and hard to get a clear photo of him.

Fun fact. Has committed jailbreak before and will do it again, I recommend lidding the cage or moving all big items to the middle of the cage as he is an expert wall climber

Another fun fact. Once, he escaped his tank and spent 4 hours running on the 21cm wheel next to his tank. Another time he tried to hide in a pile of soft toys

To adopt him, adopter agrees to a minimum compressed bedding depth of 10cm. He is currently eating Fatpouches delight mix, happy with meat or tofu based protein

Additional Requirements

Food: please get his current diet - fatpouches delight mix

Bedding: please maintain a bedding height of minimum 10cm compressed. More is better, but 10cm at very least
Enclosure: Lid strongly recommended
