We receive a large amount of emails everyday. As such, we can only reply to emails that involve the following items.

2. Reporting of Abandoned Hamsters

4. Volunteering at HSS

For time sensitive matters regarding abandonment or abuse, do reach out to us on Facebook Messenger.

Should you require assistance or advice on hamster care, or any other enquiries not mentioned above, our highly experienced members will be happy to discuss with you. However, caring for our fosters require our fullest efforts and as such, we charge for this service, starting at S$50. More involved discussions may require a higher charge.

Do start your email subject with “HSS CONSULT” if you require such services, and our members contact you shortly. Unfortunately, we would not be able to attend to any other emails.
