Description:
Apollo is a long-haired, black-banded Syrian hamster with a calm and forgiving personality. He’s a little
gentleman when it comes to handling, staying steady and cooperative during spot cleaning and enclosure
maintenance. He allows his foster to hold him just long enough for daily routine checks, making him easy to
care for.
Born with confidence, Apollo is always bold in exploring his environment. He eagerly comes to the front of
his enclosure when he senses food or hears familiar voices, showing his curious and social side. He enjoys
burrowing into his bedding, rearranging his space to his liking, and running on his wheel with enthusiasm.
Thing to note: Apollo is not particularly fond of being cuddled (he’s not a lapdog!), but he’s happy to interact
on his own terms (especially if yummy healthy snacks are involved!)
