Ella was surrendered to HSS a few weeks ago, and she has only become chonkier and friendlier with age. She loves being picked up with a gloved hand over anything else, and will even willingly come to you when you leave your hand in her enclosure. Once she has waddled over and is comfortably sequestered on said gloved hand, she will allow you to pet and rub her constantly, sometimes even bruxing if she is especially pleased.

This loving girl is rather lazy and rarely runs on her wheel when her fosterer is around. As Ella is rather well potty trained, potential adopters will only have to clean out her nesting area as well as her large sand bath regularly. Do note her propensity to hoard and consume all sprays as well as food given, and take precautions such as regularly checking for large caches of stored food.

Due to her background, her fosterer will require any potential adopters to commit to these listed requirements without any compromise, as she deserves a loving forever home with a family that will ensure all her needs are met for the future. Cage: Unbarred cage of at least 2,800 sq cm

Wheel: 21cm

Bedding: Paper-based like Oxbow or Fatpouches teabag bedding

Sand: Wittemolen / Versele Laga chinchilla sand

Food: Currently being fed Fatpouches Premium and Standard mix (preferred but not required, Bunny Nature Dwarf Expert will work too!)

Enrichment: Lots of bedding to burrow in and ceramic hideouts to sleep in, sprays and forage
