Penne exploring her new home!
Astro (Adopted)
Loki (Adopted)
Poppy (Adopted)
(Clive) Bixby (Adopted)
Species: Syrian
Gender: Male
Estimated Age: 2 months
Likes: Free roaming and food
Dislikes: Getting carried
Bixby was only 2 weeks old when he was given away as a gift. He was too young to be away from his mom and thus, he was very timid and scared of any sudden movements (especially hands). However, he grew out of it really fast when he finally learned that free roaming was his #1 passion. This made him much more comfortable with being handled. He loves running on his wheel and spends his time filling up his hideouts with bedding to sleep in. He gets bored quite easily and thus, he is always found scaling his cage, hoping to be carried out for free roam time. He is also a foodie and will eat almost anything (except insects).
While Bixby may be weird and cartoonish at times (because of his small face but big eyes, ears and balls), he is a really good boy who continues to be more confident as the day passes. You can always count on Bixby to entertain you on your bad days and be your bestfriend forever! :-)
Islay (Adopted)
Islay's babies (Adopted)
Species: Dwarf Hybrid
DOB: 25th May 2021
Gender: 2 males 1 Female
Likes: Fatpouches seed mixes, have yet to try out other solid food with them. LOVES LOVES burrowing and being fat.
Their mama Islay was first taken in and was ready to be adopted out when she was suddenly producing milk one day and popped the babies 2 weeks after! The babies have grown at a very fast rate and ready to find their own forever homes! They are also all very very chonky for 4 weeks as of date! You can see most of their fat rolls now. They are all named after scottish islands like their mama Islay!
Skye (M) - Adopted
Skye (pronounced as sky) is a very pancakey ham! He has a small head and a chonky body. He has no known food preferences but he definitely does love lying on your pam and being stroked on his head. He LOVES burrowing like his brothers and you'll often find them at the bottom of the cage together with them. If you are looking for a chill ham who just wants to pancake on you, Skye is the one for you!
Orkney (F) - Adopted
Orkney (pronounced as ork-nee) is a little cutie who loves to stay still when you hold her! She does not appreciate being held tightly and she'll show it by popping her eyes out. However, once held properly, she will definitely stay still in your hand and not move no matter how much you move. She also loves to sleep and can be considered cuddly! Since she can't cuddle anymore with her brothers, adopt her if you want your own cuddle buddy! Like her bros, a HUGE FAN of burrowing.
Eigg (M) - Adopted
Eigg (pronounced as egg) is also a very pancakey and active ham! Compared to his chill brothers, he loves to run around and is very curious about things. If you every want him to pancake on you, gently cup him and stroke his head and body and he will slowly pancake down. If you are interested in Eigg, a silent wheel will definitely be beneficial! Like his bros, ALSO a HUGE FAN of burrowing.

Pinot (Adopted)
Species: Winter White
Gender: Male
Estimated Age: ~9 months
Likes: Burrowing 24/7, Mealworms
Dislikes: Nothing much, he’s a sweetheart
Why you should adopt him (TLDR): Sweet with humans, super tamed with a baby face
Pinot is a sweet little boy who spends most of his time in his burrow. While you won’t see him much, he doesn’t mind getting carried. He will charm you with his baby face as he chills on your palm. To encourage him to be more outgoing, you can let him free roam in a playpen! He will gladly walk around to explore.
Pinot might not be a crazy foodie but he will still accept treats from you. His food bowl will be empty the next morning. However, because he loves burrowing so much, you will often find his food bowl and sand bath covered in bedding. So you have to make sure to clean them out!
Will you adopt this blob of a hamster and give him a forever home?
Requirements
Cage: It would be preferable to have a barless cage (e.g. acrylic or glass tank) as he really loves to burrow. Clear tanks will also allow you to observe him when he is burrowing (and it’s super fun to watch).
Bedding: At least 10cm in height
