Dislikes: foreign sounds (e.g. camera shutters)

Woofus is brave, independent and a big eater. He has no issues finishing his seed mix (save for the few seeds that he doesn’t fancy) and his daily serving of fresh vegetables. Being a curious young man, he will be the first to perk up and scurry out of his hiding place to come and investigate sounds (especially when those sounds are from the shaking of the food containers)! He is extremely responsive to sounds and can recognize his name (or so his fosteror thinks…)

He likes being in control (slight alpha male tendencies) and does not like being touched in his cage since he can’t really see where your hand is/ predict your movement and intentions. He much prefers you offering him your palm and patiently allowing him to climb on. He is fine with cuddles and strokes when he is on your palm and will gladly climb all over you to explore! While he is relatively comfortable with cuddles on your palms, he does need some time to warm up to a new environment (for free roaming etc.) so please be patient with this little guy!

Occasionally, you can spy this little guy sleeping in the open and on his wheel and that’s when you know he has made himself right at home!

Woofus is looking for a forever woof (roof) over his head and promises to try his best to be a good boi. Will you be the one to open your doors and hearts to this little guy? :-)
