Vegas is a sweet, baby-faced boy who is sure to have you wrapped around his tiny fingers in no time! He is well-tempered and doesn’t fuss when he is accidentally woken up by random sounds/ food bowl refills. Being a gentleman, he shows his gratitude for treats by gently eating from your fingers and occasionally puts his little paws on your hand!
He has two nests, the first is a self-made nest that he constructed by carefully dragging bedding to the top right corner of his cage and plopping himself in the middle. Imagine a bird’s nest but made out of paper bedding (with Vegas as the baby bird hehe). The second is a ceramic tree trunk hideout that fits him perfectly (his fosteror will provide more information if you wish to buy the same one!)
Compared to other Syrians, Vegas has a very laidback personality and does not beg to be let out for free roam although he enjoys exploring new environments! He is gentle on hands and does not make sudden actions. He just curiously peers at you and makes eye contact to send you a mental message to give him a treat before trotting away to explore something new. He will do well in a family who is comfortable with giving him his own space but also committed to taking him out for interaction and stimulation!
His fosteror also suspects he has some puppy genes in him as he loves carrying big snacks or chews in his mouth and hunting for a safe spot to enjoy them (refer to the last 2 pictures in his reel below!)
Vegas is truly the sweetest boi who is thankful for the little things (and treats) in life.
