Polly loves being in her little ceramic hideout and most of the time you might be witnessing her stuffing as much bedding as she can inside her hideout! Help her out by giving her a ton of beddings.

While she is comfortable with human-touch, she would prefer you to give her some privacy by not grabbing her. Some little patience and taming will be required to handle Polly! Gloves would be advised if you would like to put her on your palm, as part of her hobby is to nibble your palm and fingers.

Although not 100% food-motivated, Bunny Nature or Fatpouches’ mixes would be appreciated!

She will be thrilled if you are someone that can provide her endless massages, kisses and last but not least – some little patience to allow her to warm up to you. If you are the one, Polly is waiting for you!

Requirements –

Diet: Bunny Nature Dwarf Expert, or Fatpouches’ mixes

Cage: Bin cages (Samla bin – 130L or any suitable bin of 70x40cm or larger)

Wheel: 21 cm or larger

Bedding: Oxbow Pure Comfort, Shredded Aspen Bedding (Fatpouches’ or ZooMed Aspen Snake Bedding), Cloversoft Tissues – torn-up (for her to build her tiny nesting area)
Sandbath: Wittemolen
Enrichment: Provide her with at least 2 to 3 hideouts

(Optional: Provide her with a water bottle as well as a water dish.
Give her occasional hamster porridge if you can)
