Dislikes: Baby corn, big treats, carrots

Similar to calico cats, Calico the Hammo has a distinctive tri-colored coat (black, grey and white) which makes you stop for a double take!

Calico is a very easygoing and friendly little girl and warms up to new environments well! She is hand tamed (i.e. comfortable climbing on hands and being stroked) and always makes sure to give you a little lick or two before climbing on your hand! She takes small and controlled steps and is suitable for families with children as she doesn’t bolt around, but please monitor your children when they interact with her!

She has a peculiar habit of hoarding all the seeds in her mix and only leaves the bigger treats (i.e. whimzees, lab blocks) on her main dish. She doesn’t seem too interested in treats that are bigger than a grain (really peculiar I know…) and instead cautiously sniffs at them so her future family can offer her (literal) bite-sized treats to entice her :-) This intelligent little bean has also toilet trained herself!
