Likes: Almost all the food; flax, millet sprays, sunflower seeds. Whimzees and puffed corn. Digging in sand. Destroying cardboard boxes 🤣

Dislikes: Being disturbed from his sleep, suddenly being grabbed. Foodwise, mealworms and crickets!

Blakey is a real foodie, who loves his food! He is a huge veggie lover as well. He likes to sleep under his wheel or in hideouts with a roof over his head. He enjoys burrowing in bedding and has made a few tunnels for himself!

He also loves to chew on cardboard boxes and have fun tearing it apart. At times he would be awake in the day and would sometimes be running on his wheel in the wee hours. Other times he can be spotted digging in the sand or just chilling.

Blakey is cage territorial and tends to nip when hands are in the cage to show his displeasure. But he is alright to be handled once taken out of the cage using a cardboard box or mug and will climb around on hands. With time and patience as well as daily handling, he can learn to trust you more. Will you be his foodie buddy?
