Meet Banks, a cream-banded sweetheart who bears a long, luscious mane that billows gently in the breeze. His good looks coupled with his shy, gentle and quiet personality definitely make him a fantastic buddy to spend the next few years with!
Being a greedy boy, Banks has the tendency to hoard his food near where he sleeps so he can enjoy a midnight snack without having to open his eyes – something that his foster mum has caught him doing multiple times. He sometimes also pees where he sleeps. As such, frequent checking and spot cleaning of these areas is highly recommended to prevent skin infections or urine burns. Amazingly, this fluffy boy still smells amazing even when he sleeps in his pee.
Banks also likes sleeping in copious amounts of bedding. Often blocking up the only entrance to his hideouts with so much bedding that you can’t even tell he is inside until the bedding starts moving. He will benefit from a very crowded enclosure as open spaces seem to scare him a little.
As beautiful as he is, Banks is not very smart, often zoning out, staring at absolutely nothing, and may occasionally try to jump off high places so it is recommended that he be handled somewhere closer to the ground or over someplace soft, like a blanket or pillows. Yes, God is fair.
FYI, he has a twin brother called Tufts who’s also up for adoption!
