Little Skippy is a long-haired Syrian girl with soft fur that is shiny and luscious, dark eyeshadow around her eyes, and small brown spots on her white back. In short, she looks as beautiful as can be. If she were a teenage human girl, one would imagine her room to be covered in shades of pink but in fact, Skippy is probably a closet goth girl who much prefers being in the dark and avoids the light as much as possible.
She likes gathering copious amounts of paper bedding in areas where she sleeps to minimise the amount of light shining in. If you peek into her hideout while she’s in there, you can sometimes see a pair of dark eyes staring suspiciously back at you. She can easily be lured out by waving her favourite foods in front of her face, such as a syringe of yummy Emeraid which she will end up grabbing onto using her tiny paws.
Skippy does enjoy jumping off hands and onto certain surfaces so it is recommended that she be handled by experienced hamster owners over a soft surface in case of any accidents. She also prefers to be taken out of her cage by being scooped up with two hands instead of being picked up by her armpits.
This petite girl only weighs 87g at the moment and will definitely benefit from gaining a bit more weight with the help of her new family.
