One bright and sunny day, a scrawny little boy hamster named Xiaoming was found, beat up and starving with the rest of his family. Lucky for them, it was also that fateful day that they were all rescued from that deplorable situation. Since then, he has grown from a tiny 96g hamster to one that is rapidly gaining weight to become a fat legend.
Xiaoming is a well behaved boy who waits patiently for his food. He is calm, gentle and mild mannered. Xiaoming's favourite hobbies are sleeping in corners and grooming himself but his REAL PASSION include marathon running and mukbang eating. He runs for hours on both his wheel and saucer and will eagerly stuff his cheeks to the brim the moment any semblence of food enters his cage.
Xiaoming is friendly and sweet and surprisingly quite clean. He prefers to pee in designated spots (which will include the wheel but mostly on sand or on cocopeat) and keeps his favourite hideouts tidy. He will be suitable for families who will handle him gently and with patience. He is still getting used to living the high life, but is the perfect candidate to be a pampered baby.
Requirements:
Daily free roam and interaction
At least 90x50cm cage (the larger the better)
A large food variety for improved nutrition
A vet fund of at least $1k
Medical: Xiao Ming and his rescue mates have been treated for giardiasis (a tiny parasite transmitted through shared water and poop) but may still be carriers of the disease. Please exercise good hygiene habits such as washing of hands before and after handling.
