If you’re hoping to have a sweet, gentle hamster join your family, Toe is the right one for you! Toe is a curious little bean that loves to run on his wheel, scavenge for food and rearrange items in his cage.
Due to the circumstances he was found in, he generally feels most comfortable doing most of his exploring during the night and finds hiding spots or sneaks away if he feels threatened. Otherwise, he can often be seen scavenging for midnight snacks and running on his wheel.
He is the sweetest hamster and will not bite if being handled, but would need a patient and loving family to help him get used to his new environment as well as feel safe enough to explore his new surroundings.

Food: Mazuri Rat & Mouse Diet, Bunny Nature Hamster Dream
Enrichment: Loves to run and loves sprays so highly suggested to include those. However, since flax sprays can be fatty and he will eat too much if available, please provide sparingly. He is very shy so he will need to have a hide he can feel secure in and is seldom disturbed there, but it would be best to provide him with more than one hiding spot. 😊
