Lychee (Adopted)

est age : 5 months

gender : female

rescued : 5th september 2019

likes : digging, burrowing, mealworms, yogurt, gerber puffs, broccoli, carrot, cucumber, flax seeds

dislikes : being chased, disturbed while eating, other hamsters

Lychee was found housed with many other hamsters, and was rescued with multiple bite marks on her body. She has done well during rehabilitation and has turned out absolutely loving! Lychee takes some time to adjust to her environment, but once she warms up to you, she will give you lots of attention! She’s always looking for you when she senses you close. Though not extremely food motivated, she still finishes her food every night (but will still snatch her favourite treats right from your hand (;)

Lychee loves digging and burrowing; but when she has chosen a hideout to be The One, she ends up stuffing it with lots of nesting material (she Adores torn up tissues) but sometimes slips up and sleeps under her hideouts instead. If you’re lucky, you might find her sleeping belly up right beside her wheel too!

Lychee is a hamster, but looks totally like a bunny when she stands up on her two feet. She also loves running back to your hand during free roam, like puppies! So adopting her might just get you a 3-1 pet!
