Hideo is one of the hamsters found during the Compassvale mass abandonment. The ordeal left him with a swollen left paw for days, extreme exhaustion, dehydration, weight loss, intestinal worms, and permanent wonky left ear, slightly crooked front right paw, thus made him wary, jumpy and nervous. A extremely brave baby boy who survived against ALL odds.

The 2 weeks in foster care, Hideo has blossomed into an inquisitive boy, and as soon as his paw stopping bugging him, he started exploring more round his enclosure.He particularly enjoys building impressive nests with tissue shreds and loves to play peek a boo with his foster, especially when his name is being called. He does not mind cuddles, just needs time to be comfortable to be handled.

Despite, his unfortunate start in life, Hideo loves food, and is willing to try anything new given to him. He lends a listening ear for the daily gossips of your day. He may not look perfect, but he surely has a way to charm anyone, for being the perfect gentleham.
