Woody and many other hamsters were in a hoarding situation before they were rescued. Despite having sustained bite wounds and living in a cramped environment, Woody is a gentle boy who has never bitten his fosterer. Woody took to running on the wheel quickly and often runs marathons through the night. He is semi-pee trained and will pee in the sand bath, but will occasionally pee on the wheel, thus a non-wooden wheel would be necessary for him.
Woody is on the shyer side but will approach for his favourite treats! He can be spotted chilling in the sand bath or in ceramic hideouts during the day. Woody also enjoys harvesting flax sprays or working on his shelled walnut. Woody has a history of soft stools but has since resolved, his adopter would have to keep a close eye on the condition of his poops. With time and love, Woody will continue to warm up and be your pal!
