Pascal is named after the chameleon in tangled, as his fosterer noticed how they are both very chill, like to sit on shoulders and are very cute! Although he doesn’t change colour, Pascal does change his mind about lazing around if he smells food nearby, and will start sniffing and running excitedly around the cage. You can also see from his picture that he really loves his mealworms, so a note to his future adopter - please prepare a huge stash of it for this cutie.

Pascal is also a manifestation of Singaporeans who hate our weather - during the day, he can either be found cooling off on his ceramic hideout or in the corners of his cage. A nice cold carrot will be gobbled down very quickly if he’s not taking a nap, and during the cooler nighttime is when he comes out to play.
