Fig (Adopted)
Species: Dwarf
Estimated Age: 4 months
Gender: Male
Likes: His wheel, tofu treats, millet, sunflower seeds
Dislikes: Being grabbed
Fig has impressed his foster family with the myriad of colour changes his fur coat has gone through. It may just be a phase, but Fig maintains that he has taste when it comes to this season's colours. Currently, he's ditching his brown coat for a more tasteful lighter shade. Fig is obviously a hamster who knows what he wants, and expects you to know it too.
He is very curious about humans, but hates being grabbed. He will walk onto your palm on his own terms, but refuses to meet his fans without an appointment (that he has set). He will also climb onto higher platforms and even sometimes climb the bars of his cage when he gets really inquisitive.
Fig loves his wheel the most. He sleeps in it, eats in it, and also does his business in it. Quite nasty, but that's the way this sassy boy likes it. Like his coat, his tastes change from day to day, and he favours a certain hideout over a period of time until he doesn't.
We do not recommend Fig going to a family with children as Fig can and will jump off hands no matter how high. Being a young hamster, he is fast and also has zero self-preservation when it comes down to it.
Will you be the one to give this cutie pie a home?
