Smol, round and cute. That’s Buttons. 

Buttons is an active girl who loves to explore and munch. And munch….and some more munch. She was previously loved by her hooman, but due to unforeseen circumstances the previous owner could no longer care for her. 

She is very inquisitive and loves to come to your hand (and often gets on it) when you put your hand in her tank. She may occasionally get too excited and nibble your finger, so she would appreciate it if her pawrent won’t be stunned by it or won’t flinch too vigorously and throw her out. Maybe she thinks you’re a snack. 

One thing this little cutie absolutely cannot bear it without is fresh food. Buttons is a food glutton and is currently spoiled rotten with various fresh food. She surely expects her forever home will love her and show the love by giving her lots of food she loves (as well as TLC and cozy housing), too! Some of her favorite fresh food includes broccoli, carrot, cabbage and steamed quinoa. As long as it’s a safe food for hamsters she will give it a try! 

She is learning to be more cuddly at the moment and the training is going very well! Buttons expect the adopter to be patient with her and allow her to take a little time for her to be comfortable as she occasionally gets dashy and restless…she just a baby and does what young kids do. :) 

She thinks she can be a perfect member of a family with just adult(s) or with bigger kids (due to her extreme speed when dashy, and her nibbliness). And one last disclaimer from her…please don’t scold her if she keeps peeing and pooping on the wheel, she just gets too comfy there! :) She will compensate you with all the cute and weird antics to make you laugh and entertained!
