Broccoli (Adopted)
Estimated age: 6 months
Gender: Female
It has been a pleasure getting to know this little lady. Since her arrival she’s the happiest and politest little ham, even sacrificing valuable wheel time to climb aboard your palm for a midnight pat.
Broccoli recognises human hands, usually coming over to explore and climb upon. She prefers to greet new arrivals with bouncy tongue licks in the hope there may be a new snack on the horizon.
In the evenings you’ll usually find Broccoli spinning in her wheel or tumbling around in her sand bath, she loves it and has no issues jumping in to give you a show.
She also likes to mix up her sleeping arrangements hopping from one location to another until it’s just right. (This sometimes means sleeping in her toilet!) She loves mealworms, foraging and storing food. This very small, fearless and trusting girl will capture your heart as soon as you meet.
Since looking after broccoli she has magically changed colour, from what was a dark grey coat, to a much lighter grey and white!

Flaxseed sprays, Broccoli loves them and goes through them super fast, even spending time during the day to make sure she’s popped them all open.
